Consider These…

A couple of tracks that we missed in yesterday’s “New” feature:

James Vincent McMorrow – “Gold
from Post Tropical
released 14 January 2014
Like much of art, music benefits from a broader palette, a diversity of media, and the resources to indulge in these experiences. Only a few years ago, JVM was knocking our socks off with just an acoustic guitar, and now he’s walking around with a bag full of Louisville Sluggers and mashin’ out groovy, soulful material. It’s nice to see what an artist can do when given an opportunity. James is headlining a tour of the US in support of Post Tropical starting early March and he wraps it up at Coachella. Bad Suns – “Transpose
from Transpose EP
out 21 January 2014
The quartet from Woodland Hills, California would fit in with 80s new wave pop bands like Howard Jones and Tears For Fears, and we like that. The band is currently on tour in the US supporting the Royal Bangs and will be announcing more touring plans soon.
