Sunday Evening Elixir

More goodies to share before shutting down for the night… it’s been work, work, work, listen, listen, listen and now this. Hope you all have enjoyed the posts today. We’ll cap it off with the latest from Fiona Apple, Old Tramp, Peace, and Thought Forms. Plus news about a couple of Kickstarters and the trailer for the new Judd Apatow film, This is 40.

Fiona Apple – “Dull Tool”
from This Is 40 (OMPS)

Apple’s latest single comes from the soundtrack to a “sort of” follow up to Knocked Up, and stars Paul Rudd and Judd Apatow’s wife (Leslie Mann). “Dull Tool” sounds like someone’s mailing it in on a relationship. Watch out, Fiona uses the word, fuck. See the trailer below.

Old Tramp
“Kiss My Arse”
“The Loneliest Fool In This Town?”
Methinks it’s old Johnno Casson and friends on these tracks. He tweeted it out, and days before mentioned he was working on a cheeky little music side project. If you haven’t checked out his LP, Window Shopping, yet, do so. It’s one of my faves from 2012.

And while we’re on faves from 2012, how about this track?
