On Saturday, we’re in store for a big night of Americana with artists from North Carolina and Virginia. Doors open at 8:00 PM and it’s only a $6 cover! Come out early and grab a bite and then have a good time listening to these artists:

Old Rusty Mandolin

Old Rusty Mandolin is a three piece band out of Concord, NC. Running the gamut of Americana, their music is marked by heartfelt lyrics and easy harmonies. They’ve garnered a fair bit of attention in the Charlotte area and now head east to win over fans in Greenville.

Beside the Fire

A four piece act out of Asheville, Beside the Fire produce rock,  folk rock and bluegrass that’s inviting and easy to enjoy. Relatively young, the band split a few years ago to pursue individual dreams and goals. A recent reunion proved that they moved beyond where they used to be. Maturity, life lessons, and perspective inform their current brand of down-home music.

Rebekah Todd

Rebekah Todd returns after touring up and down the east coast this fall. The time away was enriched with new friendships and collaboration and she’s infused with lots of good energy from the trip. Come here old faves and new tunes from Greenville’s soulful singing sweetheart.

Derek Evry

Derek Evry is a singer/songwriter from Arlington, Virginia He’s been writing and recording music for over a decade. His music is upbeat alternative rock and has received comparisons to Jimmy Eat World among others. It’s unclear if he’ll play solo or with his backing “Band of Misanthropes”, but he’s sure to bring a lot of energy to Saturday’s show. Derek released his third studio album, Here’s To Better Misery, earlier this year.
