Ash Reiter sent along her latest single, Ishi, to sample from her upcoming recording, set to release this spring.  Reiter debuted, Paper Diamond, in 2010.  Paper Diamonds was a solid effort from the Bay area singer that featured her smoky vocals , quirky lyrics and folkie-inspired pop compositions.  It was one of my go to “fun” albums of 2010–also kid friendly for all you parents out there.

Ishi was one of many tracks that came to our inbox recently.  When I heard it, I had to hear it again and again. Have a listen and remember, the new album will be out soon.
